If the item you ordered is already in stock, then we
send it within 1 week. If it’s not, then the delivery time will be max 3 months.
Until the 31st of December 2021, the shipment is free.
It depends on the items. The smaller ones are packed
in boxes filled with bubble wrap and polystyrene. The bigger ones are pack in
made to measure wooden boxes.
You have many possibilities: Credit cards (Visa,
Mastercard, AMEX, CB), Paypal and bank transfer.
They are calculated individually by each delivery country, and payed by
the costumer at the local custom broker.
A VAT of 23% will be added for every order in Europe for private customer without
intercommunal VAT number (excluded companies)

Yes, all our products are customable. You can click on “Need a custom product or advice?” on the
product page. Then you can ask for all the change you’d wish.
Yes, it is possible. We have an almost unlimited possibility to create some
items made of different materials like brass, bronze, malachite, lapis lazuli…
There is a possibility to return the items within 14 days since the
delivery day on the costumer cost. The items will have to be presented and packed in the same way it was
delivered to the costumer and sent back maximum 14 days after the notification of the return.
Any deterioration in condition
may affect the customer’s right to a full refund.
The refund will be made within
1 week from the reception of the item in our factory.
